This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. They made bogus charges in an attempt to keep the security deposit and were completely uncommunicative in response, even to VRBO staff. I had to go through a lengthy process with VRBO followed by my bank in order to recover the security deposit they wrongfully kept. Helped me get a place when I needed one quick. Respect for that. However, dropping 2 stars because I went to pay my rent on the first of the month(when it is due), but had a late fee for the month already, which isn't applied until the 3rd. Like other reviews, I called, emailed, and called again and again. No response. Late fees are $75. I feel like I am getting robbed here lol
I cannot recommend Jackson Associates more, very professional and quick to respond. Leslie Jackson has been so great to work with, she has taken care of me and my needs so well throughout this process. Also, the office manager Phyllia has been so sweet while directing and getting me in contact with whom ever I may need. I will recommend them to anyone who has any housing needs in the Flagstaff area.
Leslie from Jackson Associates was wonderful to work with. She quickly found the perfect rental home for my roommates and I when we were certain we were not going to find anything in our price range. Her clear communication and proactive approach made the process seamless. I highly recommend Leslie and Jackson Associates for their exceptional service.
Went through Jackson Associates for my roommates and myself and WOW!!! What a wonderful team had wonderful help and had wonderful service would recommend anyone to go and deal with this amazing team!
