RecommendedWe’ve been taking our pets to Jackson Animal Clinic for years and they’ve always been well cared for. Today I had to make the very painful decision to end my cat Nijel’s suffering. I am so grateful to Dr. Steed and to all of the staff there for being compassionate and kind during a really hard time.
All the doctors and staff have been great. They do care about our furbabies.
I could not thank the doctors here enough! We are here or calling what feels like every week and everyone is always so helpful. I have worked with almost every vet here and they are all wonderful. We have had a couple emergencies with our dogs and they are always able to squeeze us in and give my pups amazing care! I trust them with my animals and appreciate all the time and quality care they give them. Indie is a frequent visitor and I don’t know what I would do without Jackson Animal Clinic!

This clinic goes above and beyond. Words cannot express the gratitude I have towards Dr Fleming and her staff. Every person I’ve spoke with about Simba’s eye after surgery has been so loving and compassionate. They truly care for her, and our family. They eased our fears and always showed patience and kindness. Thank you a thousand times over ❤️
Jackson Animal Clinic has some of the most patient and kind people! I can't say enough amazing things about them! I rescued a GSD dog who had never been the vet before and just had a lot of anxiety. They were patient and understanding. If you are looking for an amazing veterinarian office then these guys are definitely that!
Dr Russell took the best care of my Sandy. I have taken all my pets there, I would definitely recommend it
Two years ago I was taking Bentley to another vet. He was slowly getting paralyzed in his back legs as dachshunds are prone to do. The other vet treated him for a couple of months and Bentley continued to get worse. I decided a change was in order so I took him in North Madison Animal Clinic. It took Dr. Schmidt about 5 minutes to diagnose and give me a treatment plan. Bentley is now fine with no paralysis whatsoever. Thank you, North Madison Animal Clinic and especially Dr. Cindy Schmidt!!
