My father is a very sick man and requires many dr’s. However we can never get anyone in the phone at this place! I will be looking for him a new PM Dr. to care for his needs.
I have been seeing Doctor McLeod for more than twenty years and I have never had a problem with anyone not returning my call. Dr. McLeod took care of my back and legs pain while I continued to work and after I had to retire in 2010. I have had to have three surgeries on my lower back and two on my cervical spine, The surgeries was necessary because the disks in my back were no longer there I now have titanium plates in my neck and back and I still have some pain which is managed by Medication and steroid injections from Dr M... read more
I get awesome care from the Nurse Practitioner Brian Gates. His assistant always returns my calls and both see to my needs whenever needed.
There is nothing worse than a doctor's office that will not return your phone calls. I have called and left 3 messages, one week apart and still no response. All I have is a simple question. I even asked my question in the voice mail I left for them. Still no response. It's as if I am unimportant and not worth their time. I'll be finding another doctor now.
