T-Boned Each time we had steer butchered, the steaks were thick on one side and thin on the other. This last time, all sirloin steaks were supposed to be 1" thick, they were 5/8" to 3/4" thick. I am so upset I have not checked the rest of the steaks. Anyone want a 5/8 inch thick sirloin?
Love their sausage I was told to take a deer into Jack's for processing by a friend. Am I glad I did. The market is family owned and operated. They make a great breakfast and summer sausage. I have taken many a deer to them. They are so reasonable on the wallet as well. If you hunt, let them do the processing.
