Jack and his crew were thorough and extremely detail-oriented. They did a fantastic job cutting maples back that were overhanging our house and wires, removing four dead spruce, and cleaning up a storm-damaged oak. Plus they cleaned out a lot of brush under the trees--the whole property looks better! No surprises, the quote he gave was exactly what he charged. We had a few dead trees right next to our neighbors house which were bending in the wind. Jack came out the same day that we reached out and provided a quote within 5 days. His team came out within a few days of sending the quote. Jack communicated with the day he was coming and let me know when he was on his way. His team did a great job of cleaning up and even asked if the way they trimmed the trees were to my liking. They were polite and definitely skilled! Outstanding work!! Jack and his crew were among the hardest workers we have ever seen. Their attention to detail in grooming our trees and bushes was excellent. Clean-up afterwards was, frankly, startling in that it was so complete. He and his crew were very responsive to the smallest detail and very respectful of our property. Communications by way of texts were thorough and almost immediate. We would rate their work ten stars!
