I was in a bind. While traveling cross-country, a dashboard message warned me that my oil needed changing soon. Well, I still had many, many miles to go so I couldn't ignore the message. The folks at Jack's fit me in and got the oil change done. The staff is very kind and caring. I really appreciated that being so far from home and alone.
Customer service is unbelievable. On a trip with my camper and need 4new tires unexpectedly. Already being behind and expecting the worst my stress out at ease. Kim made sure that I wasn't going to miss my trip and that I wasn't going to stay stressed. 4new "upgraded" tires done right and done quickly. I don't live here but if I did Jack's would be servicing all my automotive needs.

Had something pop our tire traveling. Luckily we were a few minutes away from here as it was already flat. They fixed it immediately. Friendly and super reasonable. Very thankful.
