Jack’s Tents was an absolute pleasure to work with! The entire process was super easy, from clear and seamless communication to effortless setup. The tent itself was beautiful. While we did not end up needing a tent, the customer service experience I had with Marlene from Jacks Tents was truly spectacular. Marlene was a bright spot in our planning process making the tent rental piece easy and fun. I walked away feeling like I made a friend through our various phone calls of me getting my questions answered. Marlene was SO great to work with! We needed a tent as a rain plan option for our wedding. Big Top/Marlene was so flexible with the many COVID-19 changes and we really appreciated having extra time to put down our deposit. A huge storm was rolling through on the day of our wedding- although it never rained we ended up having our dinner under the tent as a precaution and we were so happy to have it in place! Highly recommend! We used Big Top Tents for our wedding. They had all the options I needed and were very flexible with our needs. Communication back and forth was great and the event went on without a problem. Loved that I was able to get things set up the day before...they had a small hiccup in supplies but were back early the next morning to finish. Great job!
