Jack's is a great business. In the past we called them for a minor repair because they had installed the furnace that was already in the house when I moved in. My old furnace went out over Thanksgiving weekend, and they quickly ordered, received, and installed my new one within days. Jack answered all questions and offered affordable rates, as well as being very transparent with the prices.
