Best contracting experience ever. A new roof was the critical component of getting my house sale to move forward, and Steve was all over it. He worked knowledgeably with my insurance inspector to get a fair reassessment, increasing the insurance coverage for hail damage from $0 to $5k. Steve and his team re-roofed my house this year, and it was the best possible experience of an annoying task. He guided me through the whole process from dealing with insurance, to choosing colors. He had great insight dealing with my historic old house. Everything went super smoothly and surprisingly quickly, and now I can go back to not thinking about my roof for the next 30 years.
