Just had dinner at Jacks!!! It was awesome. We had chicken pot pie and shepherds pie. Could not have been better. Fabricio and Gerry took care of us and did a fabulous job!!
Top bar to go out chill out after a long day waking around! Carl’s the man who will look after you, 10 out of 10 for customer service!! Even though we had no luggage with us due to the snow storm, he always put a smile on our face!! GREAT BAR!!!!
Great food and nice restaurant......until they take more money from your card than you actually authorised and signed for in the first place! They have ignored my messages and emails and haven’t done a thing to refund the extra tip they added themselves which I didn’t give as it was already added onto the bill when it arrived. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you pay cash.
Can't tell you about the food but Carl the bartender was great! Will be back next time we are in the city. Now that I see the menu may have to try the food next time.
Karl, the bartender from Ireland, is great, the food was excellent!!
