Burger outstanding and cooked perfectly. Caesar Salad wonderful and BEST sweet potato fries EVER
Ate at Jack's with my kids at the bar area overlooking the kitchen last night. If you've ever wondered about the quality of the food and quality of the people at Jack's, do the same. The folks in the kitchen and the service staff worked their a**es off making sure EVERY order was right and EVERY customer was happy, and doing it with a smile- seeing that first hand for myself and the kids was absolutely amazing. The service was wonderful! I finally found a good tasting hamburger! Great ice tea! "I'll be bock!"
The manager, Kiera is rude and unreasonable. Their food has gone dramatically downhill and is always cold and ill prepared. Such a shame, it used to be a great place, but she had run it in to the ground. We will not be returning...ever!

The Niman beef for the burgers is such great quality and all the ingredients follow suit. A very delicious fried pickle and great portion sizes.
