I got everything I needed. If I wouldn’t have had to go back, this would have been a 5 star review. The first woman I met was very friendly, explained things well and everything was perfect. Then I went back 30 minutes later and dealt with a different woman. She essentially accused me of trying to steal stuff because I asked about the process of getting rocks.
Had Jack's bring me a load of firewood, tight area to get into but got in without any problems. Great company to deal with
A few years ago, this was the place to go. As of the past few months this is the place to avoid at all cost! Mitch that is now moved on was top-notch replacement for him. OK read above and the owner himself, I think He would Prefer to fight you as to be polite say hello or show any common courtesy to anybody patronizing in his store that is Jack himself! AVOID!
I'll tell ya, I come in here and everyone is polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend. I come here for everything I need for work.
