I am new to the area and my first experience with Jack's was perfect. James came to my house to adjust and open my sprinkler system. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and we even shared a few laughs. James took his time and - ever the inquizative one - answered all my questions. He offered some suggestions to keep my lawn looking great, which was greatly appreciated. I don't often leave reviews but highly recommend Jack's Lawn Service. My neighbor said not to call anybody else and I can see why.
I’ve been a bit harsh in the past, but I’ve recently bought a RedMax ZT 54”, and I’m really happy with it! Shane has been fantastic, and Denise is a welcome change from other lawn service companies. Jason went above and beyond to help me adjust the seat so it’s taller, and wow, the difference it makes! The mower feels so much better with the seat up 1.75 inches.
