I ordered a hydraulic jack and waited two weeks without a word. he jack still did not arrive at their address and I cancelled it. On their website they falsely claim order that are not in stock will be no later then 10 days. I wasted over two weeks of work and they simply say refund in several days. One sided relationship and it's all about them
Don’t bring your lawn tools to this shop, it was a good place once upon a time but the guy running it now is out of his element. I brought my chainsaw her for repair last October and have been back several times since then and still not fixed, the last time is was in many pieces all over the floor. One look around this place should make your mind up, find somewhere else to go.
I took my edger 3 months to fix it. Still didn't fix it. So I took it back home and went somewhere else to get it fixed.
