Jacks gym is by far one of the best gyms in this state. The facility is clean, the coaching is phenomenal, great vibes & people always willing to lend a helping hand to newcomers walking through the door. I highly recommend jacks gym to anyone looking to getting into training. The schedule is flexible with many different training times throughout the week.
10/10 gym when i initially first came didn’t know what i was getting myself into as the month went by i didn’t realize how good i had gotten training with them this is really the best gym / team in delaware !!!
I’ve been with jacks gym for two months now and even on the basic plan, I’m seeing some extreme changes! 10/10 would recommend
