Jack is always willing to answer your questions. He answers his phone or returns voice mails promptly. His reports are clear and easy to read and understand. Jack is very knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended him to agents in my office and they and their clients have been very happy and satisfied with his service.
I USED JACK FOR MY HOME INSPECTION IN JULY. HE SEEMED TO GO OVER EVERYTHING. BUT NOW THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WATER HEATER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT WHEN HE DID THE INSPECTION. HE IS TELLING ME THAT HE ONLY LOOKS AT THE WATER HEATER BUT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE PANELS. HOWEVER IN ASKING OTHER INSPECTORS IN THE AREA HE "IS" SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE PANELS AND MAKE SURE THAT IT IS IN WORKING ORDER AND THAT THERE ISN'T ANY LEAKING.
