Great job very knowledgeable fair pricing
Jacks has taken care of my furnace needs numerous times and every experience has been great. They kept my very old furnace running and were honest with me when it was time to stop pouring money into it. Saying they would gladly continue to service the many different issues that kept popping up but that it may be time for a new furnace. Wow! At 3:30 on Fri. my hot water heater stopped working. After my own investigation I decided to call Jack's Heating & Cooling. I got an answering system. So I left a message. Within 10 minutes I got a return call from Caleb Hill. He said he could come out a little later to determine the problem. He was here within 2 hours and determined the easy fix. I had hot water by 6:30 the same night. Caleb was excellent in his communication. I so highly recommend Jack's.
Needed some service on my kohler generator as she wasn't running properly. Tim came out the next day and I described what it was doing. He was very knowledgeable and had it fixed up in no time. Their rates are very reasonable.
We called jacks heating and cooling and they had a new hot water tank installed the next day! We had an electrical issue and they came out the same day we called and fixed it for no charge!! Stand up company totally recommend!
