It's a March madness tradition to go to Jack's for their fabulous ribs. Was disappointed that you no longer have choices - only ribs, half rack, full rack, and no choices on the sides. Yes the garlic spinach was delicious, but no gravy on my mashed potatoes? I'm not 'that' person that asks for substitutions. Had to wait until our food was lukewarm before we got any utensils, and had to ask. They need more servers, so the ones they have aren't so overwhelmed!
