Terrible! Ordered one piece of CLEAR piece of plexiglass for an install in Maryland ? When I arrived at the location in Maryland and removed the protective wrapping on the plexiglass to proceed with the install, I discovered they gave me frosted plexiglass instead. A total waste of money and time as I was not going to drive back to Allentown to return it. Thank God there was a Home Depot and Lowe’s near my location that saved the day with clear plexiglass. I have just recently had damage done to my windshield (thanks winter!). I like to support local businesses so I thought I'd give Jack's Glass a try. I called and explained what happened and answered a few questions and they did the rest. They called my insurance company and came right out to my job and replaced my windshield while I was working, it was great! They saved me so much time and aggravation. I will be sure to use them again for all of my glass needs.

I took my son's leaking car into Jacks Glass thinking it was the windshield. It turned out not to be the windshield at all. Jack took the time to explain to us exactly what the problems were and how to fix it. He also gave us help on fixing other leaking areas throughout the car. He really helped ease my mind that we could actually stop the leaks in the car. He spent at least a half an hour with us giving us helpful hints and what to do and what not to do. He certainly went above and beyond what he ever had to do for us.
