Jack's worked on a Honda tiller that my Mother purchased there. They supposedly adjusted the carburetor linkage but when she tried it at home the tiller was stuck on full throttle. She took it back to have it fixed and Jack the owner told her it would cost more to fix it even though they did it. My 85 yo Mother became angry and Jack demanded that she leave and threatened to call the cops.
I had my lawnmower worked on by this guy. At first I was excited to have him fix it but I can't help but feel he took advantage of me. I bought a Dixon mower used for a good price. He asked what I payed and what little work he did soaked up my good deal. In other words I think he milked it. I get the mower home after he said it's ready to mow and it doesn't have a blade.
