The business was closed for a while during mid to late 2025 due to supposed issues with the law of one of the new owners. Don't know if the stories were true or just rumors. After several months of not being able to retrieve a garment and giving up, like many other people, I noticed they were open again. The bussiness is under new management and open for operation as of yesterday 16 Sep 2025. After weeks of seeking every avenue to retrieve my items. I had success yesterday with the outstanding service of RPD following up on the report "hostage property". The employee/manager that was in the shop apologized for the situation and stated they were coming back online to service customers. Community action may be required to satisfy all parties with personal property items withheld by Jack's Cleaners.
