They’ve been doing a great job on the complete wash for four years on two vehicles, and they do fairly well on the drive through washes (they’ll let you through a second time when they miss stuff).
I used to come here when Manuel was the manager and always had great experiences. My car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Manuel always took my keys from me as soon as I got there and I was able to wait inside or go to SaveMart while my car was being washed but this time, they had me go through an express wash line which I stated several times when I got there it was not what I had done in the past. If you’re only considering their monthly full-service wash package, this place is a great deal. The quality is about a 7 out of 10, and if you bring your car in multiple times a week, the price makes it worthwhile. The staff are consistently polite and friendly. That said, you should expect to wait anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes, especially on weekends when they are overwhelmed with volume. came here only for a zyn, and used my card, somehow have been subscribed to their washes for 3 months now and just realized, i personally like to wash my own cars and would never subscribe to this stuff, SHADY PLACE! STAY AWAY!!!
Gone here for years. Sad to say this place is no longer what it used to be. Ripped off an emblem to my brand new Mercedes during wash. Understand accidents happen, however the manager was extremely rude and said it was not their problem and they hold no liability. Will not be returning.
