We sat at the bar just behind the cooks. Doug (one of the cooks turned around and asked how we were doing and thanked us for coming in) very personable. When he was done cooking what we ordered. Instead of putting it up and our waitress bringing it to us. He just turned around and handed it to us. That was great in my book. My son and I had breakfast. It was very good. Definitely recommend going there when in town.

Coming from a Jill...I love Jacks! I just can't seem to order past the french toast. It's always perfect and tastes like home � They also take pretty good care of my baby girl during the semester too. A kitchen away from home�� what more could a mom ask for!
Friendly staff, good food right in the heart of the college. Was visiting from out of state and felt right at home. Doug was great!
Walked by this place yesterday, and made it a point to stop by this morning! Holy Moses was that a great idea! Good food, nice people, very comfortable. This is definitely my new favorite breakfast spot.
Great breakfast, hash browns, biscuits, eggs, and coffee. Nothing fancy, everything good.
