Waited over an hour for the hostess to seat us. They were busy. But after 45 minutes, we told her where we were waiting for her as others had been seated and left that came in after us. At 9pm the restaurant closed and we had still never been seated. I hope this changes. I can not recommend as we never even had a chance to experience the restaurant! Very disappointed.
RecommendedMy sister and parents went there last week and the shrimp + grits was SO GOOD that they practically cried. I went there last night and we got the crawfish balls as an appetiser and then 4 out of 5 of us ordered the shrimp + grits. They were soooo yummy!! I don’t know how they get the grits so creamy, they’re not gritty at all! And that sweet sauce on the shrimp makes it unique from other shrimp+grits, definitely a good uniqueness!! First time at Jack by the tracks and honestly no complaints about anything, service was excellent, food was to die for and hospitality was over the roof. Definitely telling all my family and friends of this place
