Have been here a number of times over the past several years for tire repair. They've always been great about working me in to their schedule right away and their repair prices are really reasonable.
Their attitude toward Circa 21 playhouse patron parking on their lot during closed hours, with vehicles being towed to their Davenport facility at a $350+ towing fee (3 miles) will prevent me from ever doing business with this company. For me, there is no reason except greed, to restrict parking on their lot for 2-3 hrs after their business is closed. Great people who take care of your vehicle.
Awful, botched the brakes of my Jeep and I was foolish enough to ever patronize this place. They upcharge significantly and refuse to honor their warranties and talk down to customers. I wish I could rate in negative stars as they put me in danger and were so pigheaded to suggest that I should pay them repeatedly to replace what they failed repeatedly to fix. Having spent time utilizing other places, I have come to understand how badly they treated me and my vehicle and would warn anyone against going here.
I brought my car here for a broken bolt on my wheel hub bolt. Jack's broke off 2-3 more bolts and told me that I had an aftermarket hub. OK, no problem, replace the hub I guess, per their recommendation. They offered to do the alignment for $100, and they told me a ball bearing was bad, but important so that was kind of expensive. The car was driveable, maybe a little on the unsafe side, but I brought it in expecting to pay a very small amount to replace the bolt.
