Been coming to Jack's for over 4 years since I moved to the QC. Kevin and Brandon at the front desk are great guys. They have always treated me well and haven't tried to sell me on things that I don't need. The main tech, I forget his name right off, has also been very helpful, Never a bad experience here. Brandon, Got us in very quickly to have a high quality Quaker oil change on our Honda. Was a hour for the total job and at a very fare price.
Can’t say I’ve ever left a review for a business before but thought I would for Jack’s Brake & Alignment. I haven’t had much luck at repair shops, but this shop was very helpful and transparent. Brandon was straight forward and easy to get ahold of. Fair on price and efficient.
I had an excellent experience at Jack's Brake and Alignment for my oil change and tire rotation. Brandon at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for their great service and friendly staff! Will definitely be back!
Do not go here. This place is a criminal organization. They will charge you for things they did not do. They will charge you with no notice and then hold your vehicle hostage. They called me up on what was supposed to be an estimate and said they the work and I owed 10k!!! Then did not even do the work they said they did then get the police involved and they are the thieves. Did diagnotics I did not ask them for and didnt even bleed the brakes on the one job I brought my car to them to do.
