I had an appointment for 1pm which I made a few days in advance. When I arrived, they did not have the correct filter. I had to wait 30 mins for them to run across town to get one. I rated them 1 star because of a lack of professionalism. A professional would prepare for an appointment before the appointment started. Not after.
Great location close to my home. Mechanics always figure out what's wrong and get me back on the road. Saved me once again when my a/c went out. Got me right in and taken care of.
They got my RV in on my trip back to Texas and did a bunch of front end work at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and good communication. Appreciated their being able to get me in on a busy day.
I went in because I had a service message for the 4 wheel drive. Unfortunately they claimed I had 2 bad batteries when I had purchased the Titanium batteries from Farm & Fleet and had to pay $176 diagnostic and run to Farm & Fleet because they were purchased 01/2024. Had to go to the Clinton Store as Davenport claimed to be to busy. Clinton said there is nothing wrong with my batteries. NOTHING.
I wish I could give a - star review! The lady that helps (funny) with the towing side of the business is hands down one of the most rude employees I have ever dealt with! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business!! It was horrible
