Absolutely incredible experience today! My husband and I were looking to get a recumbent trike, and after three hours of patience and expert advice, we each walked out with an ICE Adventure. Brian and the whole team (even his Mom) were so knowledgeable and genuinely a joy to work with. We walked out of there knowing we got the right bike for us, and that if we ever needed them, we had a team of bike experts behind us. Great service, friendly staff. They were able to fix my 27 year old Worksman tricycle. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Jacks to anyone who needs quality bike repair.

Ordered a trike on 4/25... website says 4-6 weeks for delivery.... 6/22 ... no word on where it is. They say it's the manufacturer, but they don't want to be bothered to call them... and I get... you will get it when they get it! Once they have your money... they don't care!
Went in unsure of what type of bike would suit me best. The staff helped narrow my search to a couple options and made the whole experience a great time. I will take my bike here for all maintenance needs as they have provided the best service I could ask for.
Took my bicycle in the Jack's bicycle shop because the frame brackets was loose ask him to fix it they agreed to. Next day I got a call from the shop saying I needed new brakes in the rear and New bearings in the pedal area. Another $50 on top of the $60 that was already quoted pick my bike up Saturday morning frame stuff was not done still loose never touched anything still charged $120 he said he misunderstood and is nothing he could do about it but he still took my money. Jack's is a very nice bike shop with a helpful staff and a large inventory of bikes and accessories. The recumbent rally was fun and informative. I was able to ride several recumbent trikes.
Best service and price one day turnaround on service
Way overpriced. Role models in allen park is a much better bike shop hands down!!!!!
