Our family has been serving the Southeast Michigan area since 1935 and was rated best bike shop in Michigan by the Detroit News and Free Press. We are pleased to be able to offer our well-known service and selection to people all over the world! During the “Stay at home” I decided to get adult trikes for my wife and I. I was told Jacks was the best by other bike shops. When we went there Nathan was great. He took his time with us. Showing us many different types. I settled on the Sun Baja. My wife got a different Sun trike. It turned out to be very uncomfortable for her to ride. It was more of a work bike. We were so impressed with the personal service, knowledgeable staff, and great prices at Jack's! We had been to several other bike stores and felt like we were just dealing with a salesman, but here, the gentleman who assisted us, found not one, but several awesome bikes to fit our body's unique dimensions (short, but long-waisted; average height, not so average weight--LOL) JUST from his vast knowledge of his stock and love of the sport. Richard is my got to person at Jack's! He eased my worry yesterday when I continuously kept getting flats. Quick to inform me I had an issue on the tire wall! I will ride with easenow;) Always great service! I have bought 4 out of my 5 bikes from there!
I was shopping for a bike for my older teenage son. I thought I knew what he would like but talking to the salesman Brian, he was able to steer me in a different direction. And am I glad he did, it turned out when I gave the bike to my son it was exactly what he was looking for! My son was glad I didn't get the one I was thinking of. Actually bought 2 bikes from this place back in the 90's and was completely satisfied then too! Great knowledge of their products!
Took a day off work to get some errands accomplished. One was to buy a new bike. Stood in store for 20 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. Not even a hello. There were two clients being helped by two salesmen. When one left both salesman worked on the same client. I used my time in the store to look up another bike shop and left. They didn't even say anything as I left. Great experience and better selection at the other store I looked up though! Thanks.
