Love my Giant Hybrid. During a recent ride I notices the rear tire felt like it had a flat spot on each rotation. Took it in to Jack's fearing that I had dented my rim. No problem. The tube just needed a little adjusting. No charge. Love the bike. Love the shop. Love the service.
Jack's is the greatest bike shop in town! And no they didn't pay me to say that! It's family owned and manned. They are amazing people with desire to help people and their biking needs.
