The people at what they do and are very friendly. They certainly know their stuff and have helped e time and time again with multiple different questions on multiple different occasions. One of the biggest pluses (in my opinion) is that they carry every kind of bike you can think of, and if it's not in store you can order it online and have it shipped to the store. I'd recommend Jack's Bicycle Center every time without a doubt.

Customer service is excellent. Far exceeded our expectations. Fair prices on really good bikes with nice components. Our kid was treated like a little ripper and not a little girl, which we really appreciated. Our kid found a bike that felt better at another shop but I will still keep Jack's as my number one go to in the future. Both for myself and my kids. Thank you for a great experience.
A little late entry but we've bought our daughter's last 2 bikes from here. And they transferred all her lights and bell to the new bike for no cost. The thing that keeps us coming back is the customer service. These guys are amazing. And sell great bikes. Thanks for all you do! Keep up the good work.
