Okay now. Let's all calm down. I grew up in Texas and just got back from Austin. This isn't as good. Period. It may be if you haven't been back in a while. Brisket was a tad bit dry but still good. Ribs weren't falling off the bone. I thought the hot sauce needed to be hotter. The pickles should be dill, not with vinegar. Where's the creamed corn and fried okra? I prefer Dixies to be honest; their sauce is better. The pecan pie though was legit.

Finally, quality Texas-style BBQ in Seattle! No knives necessary, BBQ sauce optional- delicious as-is. Falls right apart. We will be back again and again... My Texan boyfriend is one full, happy man.
