Needed a starter they had me in and out of there nice and quick and at a fair price. I highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Jack’s Auto Repair! My check engine light had been coming on recently, but today, while taking my one year old son to the Botanical Gardens, it escalated to a “turn off engine” warning—super stressful! My toddler was napping, but the staff was incredibly kind, encouraging me to bring him into the office while they quickly checked my car. Terrible, place. Brought my subaru here for transmission work and they really disappointed me. Not even five minutes of driving after a 1200-1400$ charge my car dies at the next stoplight putting it in limp mode. Upon further inspection it was found that they left a part unbolted connecting it to the air intake/turbo. Professional, reliable, quick, honest service. My car was towed to Jack's Auto Repair from another service place after I was told the problem was too great to fix. Jack was upfront about the costs of repair and the possibility of not being able to repair it. My car was fixed by the next day and the cost was 13% of what the other place estimated, and all work was guaranteed.
Drove my car here, they already knew the problem because I told them the power steering was leaking! They told me over 1300 to fix just the power steering issue, so I told them I couldn’t pay that much. I go and pick it up and because I didn’t get the work done they charge me $100 for nothing!!! I already knew the problem so why charge me? PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! And this guy knows my family and still rips people off!!!
