First timer...had plugs & ignition coils replaced. Jack was A-1 in service he performed and let me know of another area of concern and addressed it. Will definitely seek his services in the future.
If any mechanic is honest in this country,it is Jack.Ive been taking my old car to him for the several months to him to maintain and he never,so far,tried to trick me or try to upsell me something that my old car doesn't need as many mechanics do!!!!
Jack is the most honest and reliable mechanic I ever met. My 2007 Subaru Forester was losing power and overheating. I felt blew the head gasket. Jack said " I will check it out". He changed ignition coil and radiator and did a quick oil change. I was stressed and with Jack in your corner you will always get the true scoop. Other mechanics would have whacked me. Jack finished it all in one day and it runs like a champ. 5 stars is not even enough for Jack. Thank you Jack
