Do not use this company they do not guarantee their work. I had them come out and diagnose my continuous hot water heater as they are a factory approved repair contractor. The plumber was here for 30 minutes and told me I needed a new heat exchange kit and and fan kit assemble. I gave my credit card to office staff to order parts that day. No quote was provided to me but I needed it fixed ASAP. I was told parts took two days to be delivered however my system was not repaired for over a week. Why do people do what they do? – The person that discredited Jacks Plumbing is wrong. I know Jack and Becky personally and they are very generous and genuinely good people. I dont believe a word of negativity at all!!
Not me buddy – this review is bogus. i am Mark Hunt and ididnt write this. nice try who ever is trying to start a flame war. sounds like an exworker with a axe to grind or someone trying to start sh*t. 3 stars for having to give a rating just so i could post. pathetic.
They hired a few losers who are good bs artists but lousy plumbers. They know who they are. Poor mechanics, good bs artists. There's this one short guy who wears camy's all the time who thinks he's the great white hunter and all he did was tell me how I needed new faucets when here was absolutley nothing wrong with the ones I had! He tried to shame me into purchasing a high end german faucet that costs more then I make in a week. I had to call the owner who didn't seem to concerned about the high pressure tactics.
