Great for NYer's on a budget – I have been to Jacks several times now and I really don't have any complaints. First of all, there are three floors of goodies. The first floor is full of 99 cent items where you find anything from frozen foods to refrigerator magnets. Think of anything in between and its there. Upscale 99 Cents Shopping – Who would've ever thought that this place would become as popular as it has? Unlike most of the other cheapo 99 cent stores in NYC, Jack's keeps itself different with a very abundant staff and a heck of a selection of items ranging from food to everyday household stuff (tools, etc.). Its awesome shopping here, especially if you're on a budget. But boo to their very limited hours.
