Jack’s 66 is wonderful! Will never go anywhere else. Steve explains things thoroughly and makes sure you understand everything going on. Dominic and the crew are awesome! They keep you in the loop. Their genuine kindness is what separates them from the rest! Plus amazing vehicle knowledge. They are also super respectful. I always leave feeling good.
Very very helpful and informative. Kid is in Edwardsville for school and I am 2 1/2 hours away her ignition coil went out and we took the car there. Could not ask for nicer guys. He worked with us over the phone and then he fixed it in a day! And his prices are better than my hometown. Highly recommend
May I have had outstanding service at jack's. Steve has always been very honest with us, and as always been very fair with his pricing. The vehicles are usually fixed on the first time. I highly recommend Jack's.
Well lets start with my car had a coolant leak and alternator went out it was overheating towed to jacks and somehow was talked into even getting new tires ok 3100 we were promised my car would work when I called Steve is very rude to me said he threw my water housing assembly in trash do I want him to dig it out trash I had a warranty on it and he had to replace it there goes more money and then said my car was done 3100 tires everything but car won't start it needs a Altanator 500 more dollars what!!
