Every thing was great
The service was terrible! The woman that took our order was very rude; not just in her words but in her actions. Not only that, she got the drinks wrong, the orders wrong and charged me for large when I asked for small. The burger wasn’t good either; it was cold and chewy. I will NEVER go back to Jacks again. That woman that took the orders should be FIRED!!!
I waited 45 minutes for fried chicken family pack. Then when I received my order they gave me the wrong sides
