The food is always good and hot. The staff are very friendly.
The food is always hot. Sometimes you have to wait but the workers who are there are constantly staying busy. Some of the best most proficient people that work there are KEVIN who always works hard making sandwiches or whatever he needs to do and FACUNDO and BRIANNA. They always keep drive thru is moving or taking someone's order or making drinks and no matter how busy they are they always are friendly and respectful. So proud of the 3 individuals you done good Jack's got you some good people.
I cant complain. I perfer the chicken dinner. I like the theme. The food tastes fresh and not like factory food and i can tell the chicken is hand breaded and the mashed potatoes are AMAZING. The atmosphere felt welcoming and homely. And the survice is perfect. Not fast, not slow. Ps: the menu is easy to remember with one glance. Even though thare is a bifg slections of meals.
Not sure what was going on, but you could tell every employee that was there absolutely hated their job. There was a tension you could definitely feel. Food was meh at best. Never experienced anything quite like that before.
