I ordered online with a pickup time of 4:58pm. I show up at 4:58 and they pulled me forward where I waited for 20 minutes. I parked and went inside and they were still making my 3 milkshakes. When I got home, the food was barely warm, some of the fried chicken still had feathers, the chicken tenders were dry and too tough to eat, they gave us barely any gravy, and the bottom of one of the the mashed potatoes was busted out. Nothing is ever ready. Been thru drive thru twice and both times I was told to pull up..l It's ridiculous..zero stars
I used to absolutely love this restaurant when it first opened, but unfortunately, it has declined significantly over time. I’ve given it multiple chances, hoping that each disappointing meal was just an off night, but after four consecutive bad experiences, I can confidently say the quality has taken a serious hit.
