It has been the longest 4 days of my life. I have been without hot water nor power. I have been looking around for rooms, but I decided to stop by Jack's today. My father and I entered the store and Mrs. Lawanda and Mrs. Shaleka had given us the most extraordinary customer service I had ever experienced at this location. They were welcoming, sales were suggested, and they were overall professional yet very understanding of our dire need for a refreshing break. Lady at front counter had a addtude. Took for ever to get the food. The lead shift leader had to go bk there and help make the order. Order a salad with ranch dress and didn't get the dressing. Service there was bad.
My favorite breakfast place. Good food, fast friendly staff.
