Lady at the drive through on November 7 at 810am was very short and had no personality. Food was cold.
Genuinely disappointed in this jacks. Me and my husband went and got some food because it was what I was craving at the moment, we got the food and my box was upside down in the bag leaking coleslaw into my mashed potatoes and my chicken fingers. My husband's food over all was incomplete and cold not even warm, I'm not sure about anyone else but we hate cold fries and coleslaw flavored mashed potatoes and gravy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, egg, cheese, sausage nothing major, vehicle in front of me literally took 10 min to move, when I finally made it to the window, I wasn't greeted with a good morning, how are you, nothing, to add fuel to the fire, my sandwich was literally cold, bread was hard, not sure what happened this particular morning but I'm appalled at the poor service all together 😒👀🤷🏾♀️🙄😡😤
