Please give the ranch sauces that your customers request and pay for. I bought 4 and had them delivered. My fries arrived with no ranch. This has happened multiple times. Fix this! I spent $ for fries with ranch. I literally never get it, and it cannot be resolved on the app. I can't leave work to pick it up or i'd have picked it up to begin with! Very aggravating to waste my money because they don't give the ranch you pay for.

This was the first time I had eaten at a Jack’s. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The employees were friendly, and the service was excellent.
It was fairly good. Just had to wait on fresh hash browns which is understandable it happens time time overall I would give it a 4 out of 5
