First time I've been. Food was delicious and fairly priced.
I think it's time to give Jack's a long break!!!! Everytime I attempt to go thru the drive thru. I am told to pull up and then I wait and wait and eventually I have to go inside to get my food. It is sitting on the counter!!! No one speaks to me. Horrible management and lacking customer service. This place needs a do over!!!!
i go to Jack’s for breakfast five days a week. Wanted to tell you about one of my experiences back when it was snowing and ice there was a car stuck sticking out from the parking lot to the street and it just died. The employees of Jack’s decided to help get the vehicle out of the street by pushing it and had a customer going through the drive-through with jumper cables to jump it off. I decided to help push the vehicle back and what made this experience so amazing was all the employees was all females
