Jack's always makes you feel like family but this is one of my favorite locations the food is always hot fresh delicious and make you feel right at home
My online order was ready and tasted fine, but the restaurant was dirty and the employees were not polite.
absolute worst customer service i’ve ever had coming into a fast food restaurant. was served by a woman in a blonde wig who was rude while taking my order, after taking my order, and while my friends ordered. the building smelt bad & they were out of a bunch of things not even an hour before close. she was clearly annoyed by our presence and should not be in customer service.
