I love Jack’s French fries. It’s what keeps me coming back. But the service is hit or miss. I ask if there is cutlery in the bag and am told yes - but it’s not. I drive around when told to drive around and am told they tried to tell me they didn’t have the drink I ordered but I drove away. I ordered the 2 piece chicken meal, leg & thigh. Went to Jack’s for a late night ice cream cone. Waited for over 20 minutes. The line got very long behind us. You could hear the employees laughing and giggling having a good time but the service sucked. I think you need to close your business down because you don’t take care of your customers that try to keep you open. Ice cream was dripping on employee and had the car ahead of us food tucked in his armpit
They got really good burgers and fries, it's a great place too eat at Jack's..
