I come to Jacks at least once or twice a week. Y’all need to try their biscuits and gravy! It’s out of this world! The crew is very attentive and friendly. The chicken is delicious, and they have an excellent big BLT sandwich! Give them a try! You won’t regret it!
The food, when available, is always consistently good. The service, much like everywhere else in Greenville, leaves a whole lot to be desired. This store almost never has their drive thru window open; forcing patrons to come inside to order. You can also count on an attitude from their counter staff when you do go inside. Don't expect polite conversation from them and don't dare ask them how their day is going. You'll only be met with eye rolls and grunts under their breath. And biscuits?
