Met all my expectations. I stay in Atlanta. We need a Jacks out there. I need to kidnap the cook because this food is too good. Keep up the good work everyone.

The food is amazing. The service is horrendous. I dont leave reviews...ever. I think in my life, i may have left one before. But this establishment is such a disappointment. We've been there about 10 times. Each time we go, the order is wrong. The first time, the fries were missing (that's all I ordered for myself, so I didn't eat). The second time, a burger was missing. The third time, a chicken sandwich was missing. The fourth time, our sauce was missing. The fifth time, I ordered season fries and recieved regular. And so ... read more
