Jacks is great except a few nights I went threw the drive thru, 30 minutes before closing, and they will not answer the drive thru. I even pulled up to the windows and honked my horn, and they still ignored me. Next time it happens, I will be calling Corporate.
For my first time here, I absolutely enjoyed my meal and I forgot to take a picture lol! 😂 Great job 👏🏼. The chicken, sides, and biscuit were tasty!
The entire staff is slow and carefree. I waited for well over a half hour for my food while they were busy pumping out tons of food for drive thru. Finally, someone asks about my food when they hear me grumbling, and the lady had it sitting over there made, just couldn't be bothered to set it up for the front staff to grab. She had just set my sandwiches near the microwave and forgot about them.
