I used to use Air Pros, until the guy that came out to my home tried some high pressure sales pitch to get me to replace my entine homes duct work for a "bargain" super discount for military veterans of only $14,000. After that, and because my home was not cooling and because I suspected some fishy business, I called a different company and they came out to recharge my system with 1.5 pounds of refridgerant which the Air Pros guy had let out of the system as soon as he had arrived. I spoke with customer service representative Suly, Very polite, understanding of your needs. She was very helpful in scheduling my visit. Asked what my budget was she made sure to note everything. She spoke clearly and professionally. Service man met with my son Nov 3 and all the info was relayed professionally! Great team! fantastic communication skills! I look forward to making a decision very soon!

Very polite young guy got right to work when he arrived. Found the problem right away (clogged water line). Called an associate to also clean my dirty system and hose out the air conditioner itself. Very happy with the timely arrival after my call. Will continue to use JackRabbit Air Conditioning. People just want timely service and reasonable rates. A lot of us here in Florida are living on social security or check to check. We don't need to spend thousands of dollars on bogus additions.
