My wife and I are very disappointed the way our house was left with a hole in the ceiling. This is very disturbing.
Our AC went out during the worst heat wave and we were dying in here. Called around and got a same-day appointment with a local HVAC guy. He came out, checked the whole unit, and found a busted capacitor. Fixed it in under an hour and had the cool air blowing again. Super chill dude, explained what was wrong in simple words (not all techy). Gave some tips on how to keep the system running better too.
