Very polite young guy got right to work when he arrived. Found the problem right away (clogged water line). Called an associate to also clean my dirty system and hose out the air conditioner itself. Very happy with the timely arrival after my call. Will continue to use JackRabbit Air Conditioning. People just want timely service and reasonable rates. A lot of us here in Florida are living on social security or check to check. We don't need to spend thousands of dollars on bogus additions.
The customer service....when you could actually get ahold of someone, was great. Everyone was very nice. However, my installation was delayed more than once because of parts issues and it was NEVER communicated. I always had to call several times and if I got a call back was questionable. Because of all the issues I was told that I would get a years Maintenance package for free. That never happened.
Charged 700 to put AC tape on four small holes in ductwork. Ridiculous. Charged 383 to spray cleaner on coils. don't think they deducted the 119.00 call fee from services too. Installing UV light was 793, which is another inflated charge. The whole visit took under 2 hours. Total bill 1359. Also never got copy of bill until after two phone calls.
