I broke down on a long trip from Texas to Wisconsin and called this shop early on a Saturday morning. Julius was incredibly helpful and understanding. One of the few places open that day, they got me in quickly, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road that night. Everyone was kind and professional—truly a lifesaver when I needed it most!
The customer service was great! They take walk ins, we called many and everyone around there required appointment , or denied service, but here they took us in right away and helped us with the A/C. Thank you
I experienced a very bad problem, my car stalled on the road and could not be started, I found this repair shop at night and asked him to call a tow truck for me, and finally waited for a night and a few hours during the day. The tow truck came to his repair shop and finally diagnosed that my car's drive was broken. Without checking any other places, they arbitrarily judged the fault problem and quoted me a price of eight hundred dollars. They deceived me like a fool. The 5 star reviews are fake!!! These people are super unprofessional and did a terrible job on an engine swap. They put an automatic engine in a manual vehicle, and then they didn’t use the old motor wiring harness. Instead they used the new wiring harness from the new engine. Then they wondered why the vehicle wouldn’t start with the key. Come to find out later that the problem was that they were trying to use the wiring harness that goes to an automatic instead of the original wiring harness.
