Never there when you need them. Made an appointment and then kept the place locked up instead of letting us know they're not going to be in that day. Advised me to wait to get my wisdom tooth out despite it having recovered from an infection and then made me want 2 weeks.

Horrible Customer Services! The Staff would have you on hold for over 30 minutes. My insurance paid for upper partials and I never received them. I am currently suing and putting a claim in against this dentist. It is quite horrible what she did to me. Disgusting. She should be out of practice.

It's sad.. They closed down, didn't let me know that they are going to close or that they are moving somewhere else. But it's true what everyone are saying that when you call, the receptionist has you on hold or that the place is close when you have an appointment, they don't call you to let you know that they will be close on that day. And the workers always has to leave cause they have a family problem. SMH..

They don’t pick up the phone to set appointments. There’s no one at the front desk when you walk in to set an appointment. This place needs help.
