My husband and I have been with Dr. Poladian for a couple of years and are very happy with the quality and kindly care that we have received.
First, this is a review of Dr. Poladian's office, as I've never even seen the doctor at the office in over 3 years of being a patient. My annual physicals have always been done by a Nurse Practitioner (also, never the same one). It's normal to get blood drawn for a physical, but what isn't normal is charging a $170 'out-patient office' fee for the follow up call to tell you about your blood results. I am an octogenarian cancer survivor with multiple chronic problems. I've found Dr. Poladian to be intelligent and skilled, as well as compassionate and focused on finding individualized appropriate, helpful responses to my needs. She listens, partners and cares. Dr. Poladian offers a telemedicine option which I opt for whenever possible.
Same experience as the below 1 star rated . Have never seen the doctors face and they charged full price for review of blood work over the phone that I could have read myself. Check up done by the assistant nurse. never even spoke to the doctor They do not answer questions about doctors fees and when I wrote a feedback, after inquiring confusing charges with Medicare and billing, I received a very rude reply from the doctor advising me to look for another provider. Dr Poladian is an exceptional and great communicator. She asked many questions and explained things very clearly. She was also very compassionate understanding and provided appropriate solutions.
I had my yearly physical with Dr. Poladian's Office today. Dr. Poladian has been my PCP for years and she is the most thorough and brilliant Doctor that I have ever had. Her office staff is excellent as well. Connie is the leader in the front office and she is always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Poladian's Assistant Doctors are excellent as well.
Dr. Poladian was highly recommended to me by another doctor's office. Just moved into the area and am thankful to have found someone who is so knowledgeable and attentive. With all her recommendations, tests, and referrals I know that my health is in good hands. Such a relief to have found someone who I can trust with my medical issues.
